Mi estadia fue excelente! estoy muy contenta de haberlos escogido, el piso estaba impecable, muy comodo todo, la cama muy comoda y la lenceria muy buena y limpia. Estuve 15 dias. Muy buen edificio, con portero, con una ubicacion perfecta, muchos restaurantes alrededor asi como supemercado, metro y buses muy a la mano. Zona muy segura y agradable, nada bulliciosa. Jättebra och fin lägenhet i Madrids absolut bästa område. Nära till allt, mycket att göra men ändå en lugn gata. Något högljudda grannar på sena kvällar som var ett problem för oss och våra småbarn men allt som allt fantastiskt!

약 5주간 가족과 함께 머물렀던 곳으로 깨끗하고 안전한 곳이었음. 지하철과 버스로 프라도미술관, 솔광장 등을 20분 이내에 갈 수 있어 편리했음. 주변에 마트가 여러개 있어 불편함 없이 생활할 수 있고 주변에 맛집도 여러군데 있음. 호스트가 필요한 것이나 문제가 생기면 빠르게 응답하고 처리해 주었음. 한 달 정도 이곳에서 머무는 동안 좋은 시간을 보냈음. 다른 사람들에게도 추천하고 싶음

What is included in my stay?

Every apartment is fully furnished and equipped — from comfortable beds and kitchenware to high-speed Wi-Fi and utilities. Everything is ready when you arrive, so you can settle in from day one.

Of course. If you wish to stay longer, just let us know as early as possible and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request, depending on availability.

Bookings can be modified or cancelled with a full refund up to 30 days before arrival. From 30 to 14 days, a 50% refund applies. After that, bookings are non-refundable.

No — all utilities are included (water, electricity, gas, and Wi-Fi) up to a total value of €150 per month. If your usage exceeds this amount, we’ll simply add the difference to your bill.

Yes. Every apartment is tastefully furnished and includes a workspace with a desk, ergonomic chair, and monitor — perfect for working comfortably from home.

Yes, we accept one pet per apartment. A one-time fee of €200 per stay applies, plus a €500 refundable deposit, returned after check-out if the property is in good condition.
