What is the cancellation policy?
You can cancel or modify your booking with a full refund up to 30 days before arrival.
Between 30 and 14 days, a 50% refund applies. After that, the booking is non-refundable.
What is the minimum length of stay?
If your desired dates appear as unavailable, you can contact us at booking@akora.com and we’ll review options with you.
What is included in my stay?
Your stay includes utilities (water, electricity, gas, and Wi-Fi) up to €150, cleaning before and after your stay, and support throughout your stay.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 3:00 pm and check-out is until 11:00 am. Early or late check-in/out is subject to availability and may involve an additional cost.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, one pet per apartment is allowed. A one-time fee of €200 per stay applies, along with a €500 refundable deposit, returned after check-out if the apartment is in good condition.
Are the apartments equipped for working from home?
Yes. All one- and two-bedroom apartments include a dedicated workspace, desk, ergonomic chair, monitor, and high-speed Wi-Fi.
Is there a security deposit?
Yes. A refundable security deposit is required before check-in. The amount depends on the apartment and will be returned after check-out, provided there are no damages or pending charges.
Can I extend my stay?
Yes, extensions are possible depending on availability. We recommend contacting our team as early as possible so we can secure your apartment or suggest alternatives if needed.
How do payments work?
Payments are made in advance according to the terms of your booking. For corporate or B2B stays, invoicing options are available upon request.
What happens if I exceed the utilities limit?
Utilities are included up to a maximum of €150 per month. If consumption exceeds this amount, the difference will be charged at the end of the billing period with full transparency.
What documents are required to book?
A valid ID or passport is required to complete the booking process, along with the signing of a short-term rental agreement before arrival.
